Club Data Online (CDOL) and Roy Morgan Research have partnered to deliver a new online, dynamic research program for licensed clubs - CDOL WebReporter. CDOL WebReporter will facilitate increased profitability, encourage greater return on investment on marketing programs and promote business growth through improved understanding of consumers, ranging from poker machine players, non-gamblers to smokers and non-smokers and tourists.
A sample of over 50,000 consumers is taken annually with results updated on a quarterly basis and reported at a national, state and regional area level. CDOL WebReporter will assist the industry to better understand the attitudes and perceptions of their existing customers and help identify new customer groups, marketing and business opportunities.
